This initial consultation is an in-depth 60–75-minute appointment to assess overall health and nutrition. We will go over current eating habits, exercise routine, nutrition goals, performance and recovery goals, etc. This session is ideal for athletes and active individuals who are interested in working with an RD to have additional guidance to assess progress, make adjustments as needed, etc. Not currently exercising but looking to start? We are here to help.
30-minute follow up session (virtual or phone call) to discuss fueling plan implementation, problem solve challenges with performance and recovery, answer questions, make adjustments to compliment increasing training hours, tapering, etc.
30-minute presentation, topics covered include fueling goals for athletes and active individuals, key nutrients for sport performance and recovery, nutrient timing, hydration, and how to adjust intake based on training load.
